Our tools, the "Visicom Instruments", are based on the scientific observation that all decision processes can be divided into four basic steps: The analysis of the problem, the generation of options for activities or strategies, the evaluation of the most favourable alternative, and the investigation of the implementation. In conventional decision processes, these steps usually become confused due to the complexity of the reasoning; the Think Team methodology helps to structure the process by supporting each step with distinct tools.
It is understood that visualization is extremely helpful for understanding and analyzing of complex relationships. A simple example is the analysis of time lines where a graphical presentation exceeds our capability for understanding and interpretation of just disconnected numbers.
